The professional gatherings at Testify are always a highlight, filled with good discussions and conversations among skilled and pleasant colleagues. On Thursday, it was time for the first of the year, and the main focus this time was our strategic priorities for 2025.
The updated strategy with new focus areas is directly based on all the suggestions we received during the last strategy workshop in autumn 2024. At Testify, we strongly believe in giving our employees significant influence over the company’s strategy and direction. That is why we regularly conduct strategy gatherings where everyone is heard and gets the opportunity to share their input on how Testify can become an even better company – both for our customers and, not least, for our employees. With so many bright minds working with us, creating a solid company strategy becomes a very rewarding task!
We ended the evening as usual, by going out to enjoy a good dinner together. This time we tried Albertine Spiseri, and the atmosphere around the table was great!
