While last year’s Testify autumn seminar was held outside Paris in France, this year we traveled to the Paris of the North – also known as Tromsø.
In keeping with tradition, the seminar was a long weekend with a great mix of work, play, relaxation, food and drinks as well as (optional) hikes and workouts.
In the previous autumn seminar we focused on strategy and goals at the company level. This year we spent time on setting individual goals, aligned with the company strategy and last year’s work.
Of course, there was also time for a workshop on model-based testing with ecFeed. The newbies started with an intro to the basics of model-based testing and the ecFeed tool, while the more experienced group jumped straight into the hands-on part of the session and solving assignments.
The literal peak of the trip was Fjellstua restaurant, at 421 meters above sea level. In order to get to the top, most opted for the cable car – but a sporty few chose to walk the 1203 sherpa steps instead! Other activities happened a lot closer to actual sea level, not least a beautiful cruise of the fjord around Tromsø!
When the trip came to an end on Sunday, everyone seemed to agree that this was yet another successful Testify seminar adventure. Now it’s time to start looking forward to the next one, which has already been booked for March 🙂
